This leash design was created from my own innovation with a barrel knot ended slip leash meeting the desires of our dog-trainer to have a slip leash that was handy like our grab-tab. The result is SNK9's best selling short slip!

Creating the over-bleed white edge was particulary fun. Sticker Mule provides great Resources.
Product Design and product images have become my strong suit. I love producing a design that you can easily make into several different products.

Rope Clamp V2 WIP

The handle end. Clearances were far too tight on this proto-type.

The dog facing end.

The original embroidered collar (Seen at bottom) came out pretty good! Others show different test with embroidery backing.

The original 3D printed rope clamps seen with our first biothane prototype. Also a peek at below the shrink-wrap.

Evolution of the 3D printed personalized buckles. Huge improvements were made by printing two different filaments for contrast with the personalized face on the build plate printed first.

The method I used for printing the newest buckles is seen here but on an early attempt that was not encouraging.

My first attempts at 3D parts shown aside a cyan strap holder that has been died from its original blue. My earliest collars featured parts with recessed characters that would be filled with paint, sanded down, and finished with UV resin.

Logo plates for Buckles seen with an early attempt at a UV resin lens.

Cord Ends have been one of the most successfully integrated 3D part into our hard goods. The cylinders in the middle were the earliest followed by the flared ends seen left. These designs were too heavy and would hurt when the dogs swung their heads around. The final design seen right is light, efficient, and doesn't hurt. Their open backs improve the assembly process.

iDye Poly has been a really exciting avenue of research. It's effects on nylon have been very exciting. The blue/purple "cold flame" Ombre has been one of my favorite dye projects to date.
Working on 3D prints for commercial goods can be very challenging. Most would write FDM off as good only for proto-typing injection parts. I disagree, it takes some doing and redesigning but with modern technology you can get very far just on DIY.

Back and front one color on hand dyes!

Infiniti Micro's was such a pleasure to work with for our first shirt order.
Screen Printing and Tie Dye is such a fantastic way to get into design . I still have all my equipment at my parents in NY. Someday...
I took this nato desert camo to the red rocks! Or maybe like a maroon jungle tiger. Over-dyed with 3/4 different dye baths, I really dig it.
IDyePoly on nylon webbing, dip bath method using capillary action to create an Ombre effect.
Poly/Cotton sweater with a "soft" exterior (more cotton) finish. The dye really took to the inside polyester but mixing in Procion MX dyed all the cotton a deeper richer hue. Really interesting/chaotic results. Featuring Halloween embroidery!

Huzzah! One of the first tee's for me and Tyler's earliest LoRez Brand effort back in 2019.

Pony Tail hard at work!
So much of my appreciation for color and fashion come from my experiments with researching and developing my own dye processes.

Proud of my modeling skills demonstrated by "Mecha-Godzilla" here.

Toy design might just be the first thing that set me on my path as a child. I've always made my own fun.

Our clients still love and use this generation 1 slip leash I made. The colors and durability are top notch. This leash is still receiving daily use over 1 year later!

A lot of it's durability is thanks to my over-built 3d printed/branded rope clamp!
3D printing for the last 4 years since I got my Prusa mini+ has totally changed my workflow as well as my opinion of what's possible as a solo designer.
